window seat convenient location harbor view
I loved the view of the harbor from my room!!! The window seat was great. The location was very convenient, and I could watch the harbor. Everything was close.
I found the pillows to be a bit too flat for my liking.

excellent canal view
early arrival minibar snacks canal views metro access
our room was ready early when we arrived after taking the metro. i noticed some trash from a prior guest by the sink. there were lovely views of the canal from the room i stayed in and i liked the minibar snacks. i did find the pillows a bit flat for my liking.
the room lacked functional lighting especially in the middle. it was hard to unpack or pick out clothes due to the dark. the bathroom area with its glass wall caused light to flood the room if someone used it early.

the room included a king size bed with a king size duvet a great feature not commonly found here. blackout curtains were installed therefore i had no issues with outside light. the room provided nice city views.

the hotel offers an eighth-floor bar with friendly staff members who are very knowledgeable. i discovered the gym is external and manned from 10 am. the hotel offers free bikes to use.

superb position large room helpful staff functional lighting dark room bike entry
The hotel has a superb position. I had a large room. It was very clean. The breakfast buffet includes lots of options. The staff were excellent and very helpful with any of our questions.
The room has a extreme lack of functional lighting. The whole middle of the room is dark. It was difficult to unpack because it was so dark. I prefer more space to put my stuff rather than have a bike in my room.

lovely paper island getaway
helpful concierge hidden gems city soul
I met mario at the concierge. He enhanced my visit. he gave me recommendations for sights and experiences not listed in any guidebook. i was able to feel the soul of the city.
the room's temperature control was a bit tricky to adjust initially however i was able to figure it out.

the hotel is located on paper island it is near the opera house and the city center which is great. it is a short walk to metro stations facilitating easy access to various attractions. its position allowed for convenient exploration.
